AT4 wireless announces its recent recognition as a CB Testing Laboratory

AT4 wireless announces its recent recognition as a CB Testing Laboratory to carry out testing within the IECEE CB Scheme in photovoltaic modules

The IECEE CB Scheme is a multilateral agreement which allows member countries the mutual acceptance of test reports and certificates of electrical and electronic equipments, components and products.

The Scheme is based on the use of international (IEC) Standards and aims the harmonization between national and international Standards.

Any manufacturer willing to trade its products in whichever CB Scheme member country could obtain the certification mark through a NCB (National Certification Body) that certifies its compliance with the international IEC Standards.

AT4 wireless Photovoltaic Laboratory has just been recognized as a CBTL (CB Testing Laboratory) in order to perform testing and issue CB Test Reports in photovoltaic modules and components through our partnership with TÜV Nord Cert GmbH as associated NCB.

“We are proud to become a CB Testing Laboratory. The CB Testing and Test Reports will let our client to access global market by obtaining national approval in all the other member countries without any additional testing”, said Juan Carlos Soler, Regulatory Laboratory Manager.

AT4 wireless, laboratory with more than 20 years of experience in testing and international approval, adds this new acknowledgment to its full services portfolio and shows again its commitment with the renewable energy industry.

AT4 wireless photovoltaic modules testing lab is equipped with state of the art test systems and facilities and is very competitive also due to the very high number of yearly “sun hours” that are available at its Malaga location for outdoor testing.

Outdoor testing is key to ultimately check the quality and performance of any photovoltaic module.
