LitePoint IQnav™ is a test solution for GPS
device manufacturing. It generates GPS signals at L1 (1575.42 MHz)

GPS Test Solutions Overview
WiMedia UWB Test
is an integrated instrument for PHY layer testing of WiMedia devices based
on MB-OFDM modulation (Multi-Band – Orthogonal Frequency Division
Multiplexing). IQultra offers coverage of all 6 band groups within the
WiMedia specification from 3.1 GHz to 10.6 GHz using a unique high
bandwidth vector signal analyzer (VSA) for transmit (TX) tests along with
a built in attenuator and an external or internal reference DUT for
receive (RX) tests.
Production Test Software
Production Test Software is optimized for the most popular WLAN, Bluetooth
and MIMO chipsets. The test programs are a result of LitePoint’s
partnership with leading chipset manufacturers such as Broadcom, Marvell
and Texas Instruments, and offer wireless OEMs a quick, easy and
cost-effective way to develop and test chipset-specific solutions.
Zigbee Manufacturing Test
Manufacturing Test Software provides manufacturing test capability for
ZigBee 802.15.4-based products using IQview or IQflex one-box test
instruments. The package includes new API commands and integration of
Offset Quadrature Phase Shift Keying (O-QPSK) modulation support into the
LitePoint IQsignal™ Analysis Software (IQview installations only). When
installed, the ZigBee Software Package is automatically recognized by the
IQview/IQflex test analysis software and the software integrates
seamlessly into the test environment. The ZigBee device under test (DUT)
test commands are made through the chip vendor's test control interface
for fastest set-up times, while LitePoint capture-once-measure-all
hardware implementation allows full Rx and Tx testing with very few signal
captures for the fastest test times.

instruments, enabling single-pass testing of combination Bluetooth and

Multiport MIMO Test Adapter
Use Multiport Test
Adapter (MPTA) with LitePoint IQview and IQflex one-box testers for
accurate, low-cost manufacturing testing of 802.11n (MIMO) products.
MPTA lets you test a MIMO DUT with close-coupled control, fast RF
switching test and composite EVM test methodologies. With close-coupled
control, the Multiport Test Adapter becomes an extension to the internal
test resources of the IQflex and IQview instruments to ensure fast test
times. With both composite and fast switching test methodologies, you get
full TX and RX manufacturing testing in MIMO mode along with accurate EVM
